Nestled in the serene outskirts of Vadodara, Gujarat, this 30,000 sq. ft. paradise blends nature's bounty with sustainable living. At the heart of this verdant haven stands a charming 700 sq. ft. villa, crafted with rammed earth walls and a stone masonry foundation. Our work encompassed the entire vision—from the site and landscape plans to the villa’s design, integrating sustainable construction techniques like bamboo and UPVC roofing. Surrounding the villa, a mango tree plantation and seasonal vegetable plots flourish, with the site featuring a farm house, gazebo, tree house, and a tranquil water feature. The porous landscaping using grasscrete ensures the earth stays as happy as its residents, making this eco-retreat a delightful escape into sustainable luxury.
