Our "Blue-Green-Transit" master plan reimagines Mumbai's premier business district as a climate-adaptive, multi-modal "Sponge District" that seamlessly resolves first-and-last-mile bottlenecks. By integrating high-frequency BRT corridors, regulated transit plazas, and active mobility pathways with nature-based storm drainage, the design mitigates severe peak-hour traffic gridlock and monsoon flood risks. Using tactical urbanism as a dynamic testing tool, this strategy establishes a safe, highly accessible, and ecologically resilient environment for BKC's future commuter workforce.
